Pass system
Business centers and offices prioritize security. That's why it's essential for them to track who is entering the building, when they come in, and for what reason.
We've created an interface for the pass system, as well as the terminal interface that welcomes visitors.
Authentication through the terminal
Companies send an invitation with a QR code through the system in advance. To enter the building, guests scan the QR code at the terminal.
If the guest doesn't have the QR code, they can manually enter their information.
Check-in at the reception
If the visitor didn't receive an invitation in advance, they can register at the reception. The receptionist will enter the guest's name, company, and the employee who invited them into the system.
When multiple guests need to be registered or invited, the receptionist handles everything in a single window—this speeds up the process.
Group authentication
The system allows the receptionist to quickly check in a group of guests. The administrator can simply select the names of the visitors from the invitation list and authorize them with one click.
Statistics
The system generates reports on the number of visitors. The statistics can be filtered by company, employee, and visit time.
Permissions
Pass system administrators have different permissions and access levels. For instance, a receptionist at the business center can view employee information and add new visitors. Meanwhile, the chief administrator can edit company and employee data, assign access rights, and configure notifications.
System customization
Companies customize the system according to their access control policies. They set requirements for guest information, allow or restrict re-entry, edit the terminal greeting, and configure notifications.
To connect the terminal, the administrator should simply press a button and enter the code on the terminal.
Emergency message
In the event of a fire or other emergency, the system sends alerts to employees and visitors via SMS.
